How we work
A renovation goes well when the planning is done before the first tile is lifted. This is how we run every job, from a single door to a complete bathroom.

From first call to hand-over
Tell us about the room
Call, send a message or use the quote form. A couple of photos and rough sizes are enough to start.
Free visit and written quote
We come and measure, talk through layouts and finishes and send a written quote with a start date and a programme.
Choose your fittings
Buy from any supplier or let us supply it all. Either way we check every item against the room before it is ordered.
The work, done properly
Strip-out, first fix, tiling, fitting, carpentry and decoration by one team, with any registered trades arranged and managed by us.
Hand-over
A full clean, a walk-round together, and the little things like silicone colour and door swing checked before we call it finished.
What you can hold us to
- Written quote and programme before any work starts
- One team from strip-out to final coat of paint
- Tiling, carpentry and decoration all done in-house
- Registered gas and electrical engineers for anything notifiable
- Rooms left clean every evening
- We come back if anything is not right
We are bathroom and kitchen fitters and carpenters. Anything involving gas, a boiler or a new electrical circuit is done by registered engineers we have worked with for years, booked and managed by us so you have one point of contact.

Practical questions
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. We visit, measure, talk through what you want and send a written quote with a programme. There is no charge and no obligation.
Are you plumbers or electricians?
No, we are bathroom and kitchen fitters and carpenters. Pipework and fittings within the room are part of what we do; gas work, new boilers and new electrical circuits are done by registered engineers we work with, and we manage them as part of your project.
Do I need to buy the bathroom or kitchen myself?
You can, from any supplier, and we will check your order against the room before you buy. Or we can supply everything and give you one price for the lot.
How long does a bathroom take?
A typical full bathroom is two to three weeks; a renovation that keeps the layout is often a week to ten days; a cloakroom a few days. You get a programme with the quote and we keep to it.
Do you tidy up?
Every day. Dust sheets down, tools packed away and the room swept each evening, and a full clean at the end so the room is ready to use.
